The Rapture

As we grow up, the things we are taught as children, from our family, we believe to be the truth. Even if it is wrong. For instance, if you were to grow up being taught by your family that 2+2=3, then that is what you will believe. Our family isn't evil and mean, trying to deceive us. The problem is our family is deceived as well. They truly believe 2+2= 3 and believe they are teaching you accurately. They have no idea that they are wrong. If they did, they would immediately tell you that they have been wrong, and start explaining to you the truth. Why? Because they love you, and didn't intend to hurt you. They are just mistaken.

Now, let's say a relative comes to visit. They notice that your family is teaching you something wrong. When they try to correct it they are ridiculed, looked down upon, and even believed to be a liar.

Now, you as the child, can either dismiss what the relative is saying to you, or you can decide to research deeper what you have been told.

As we know, most people do not like change. So, it is more likely the child will just go on believing the family and not the relative, and live in blissful ignorance. The problem is that when the child goes shopping, and gets short changed, she will certainly look like a fool when she gets in a confrontation with the store clerk. She will think she is being cheated and short-changed. She will leave the store in a huff, offended. But, people will look at her with sympathy, disgust, and many other ways. The patrons of the store all know that this child was deceived. They try to warn her, but she won't believe it. Why? Pride. The child is not open to being corrected. She no longer has a teachable spirit on this subject. She was taught one way, and can't, or won't, believe it could be any different. She refuses to listen to anyone else. And she would have been happy to live in deceit for the rest of her life. But one day she notices billboards, signs in stores, and she goes to the bank. Every where she goes she sees that 2+2=4. She's finally starting to wake up to the fact that she was taught wrong. Not maliciously. She knows her family loves her and wouldn't deceive her purposely. She begins to start believing. The bank explains explicitly why she is wrong. Finally, the child sees that she was taught wrong. It's all around her.

She has two choices here. She has lost her faith in her family. She could turn her back on her family because she's angry. She's so angry that she walks away from a relationship with them. Or she can humbly acknowledge they were wrong, and continue on in peace, knowing the truth, and living in the truth. The family may not want to hear the truth. But, she's not going to let that stop her from keeping the relationship, in a loving way.

The subject I am going to speak about here is a very controversial one in the family of Christianity. The Rapture Theory. There are a few schools of thought about the Rapture. One extremely popular one is the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. The thought is that we will be raptured out of the earth before the Great Tribulation begins. Then there is the school of Mid-Tribulation Rapture. The Church is raptured during the Tribulation Period, at it's mid-point. Then there is the Post-Tribulation Rapture school of thought. The Church is raptured after the Tribulaton Period. I am going to mainly address the Pre-Tribulation Theory. But, the Mid-Tribulation Theory could probably follow the same line of thought.

The Pre-Tribulation Rapture

Most of my Christian friends have said they'd rather not debate this issue with me because it is not a salvation issue. I beg to differ. If you will remain open minded, I will prove to you today that not only is this doctrine false, but it may cost you your salvation. If after reading this, you still disagree with me, please e-mail me and tell me why. I'd really like to know.

When I first became a Christian, approximately 15 years ago, this is probably the first 'doctrine' of the church I heard. I have to admit, I was never fully comfortable with it. I was skeptical from the beginning. I truly wanted to believe it. It sounded so nice, and safe. But, honestly, I didn't see it in the scriptures. Sure, I heard sermons on it. But the scriptures they chose to put together made it fit so nicely to create
this story. It was the scriptures they chose to ignore that disturbed me.

I always wondered how Christians could believe this doctrine. All they have to do is search the scriptures for themselves to see that it's not an accurate doctrine of Yeshua (Jesus). But the ones that surprise me are the ones that teach it. Especially the big name preachers, like Jack Van Impe. He's suppose to have the Bible memorized by heart apparently. Every line, so they say. If this is so, why can't he see what he is preaching is so wrong?

I have even debated this issue with one of my Pastor's one time. He didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Or he would make up some strange excuse. He refused to listen at all. I hope you listen today. It really is a matter of life and death.

A popular teaching of the Pre-trib Rapture is found in Revelation 4:1.
After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

John is called up by God to come up to Heaven in order so He may reveal things to him "that must be here after." This particular verse is seen by pre-tribbers as the rapture of the church prior to the great
tribulation even though the scripture does not elude to this at all. This is completely one man's imagination that became doctrine.

Another verse used is 1 Th 4:16-17 (KJV)
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Right here we have a conflict between Revelation 4:1 and 1 Th. 4:16-17. According to 1 Th. 4:16-17, the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, it states. But, according to Revelation 4:1, the Lord
calls him up while he is still in Heaven. He hasn't descended at all. Hmmm. Plus in 1 Thess. 4:16-17 there's a trumpet blast, and a loud shout. This seems to be a noisy endeavor. But, Pre-tribbers don't elude to this when speaking of this verse. And any movie that has been made, it's a silent rapture. People just disappear. Sometimes their clothes are left behind.

Another Pre-tribber verse used is:
1 Cor 15:52 (KJV)
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Does anybody notice anything here? How about THE LAST TRUMP. When I debated my Pastor on this scripture, he came up with the excuse that there are a lot of trumps. Well, in Revelation, there are only seven. The seventh trump would be the last. The seventh trump is AFTER tribulation.

Now let's look at 2 Thessalonians 2:3-10. There's a few things going on here, and quite a bit of false doctrine coming out of it, so as to line up with the Pre-trib Rapture theory.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-10 (KJV)
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Let's start with verse 3
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Paul had assured the Thessalonian church that the Day of Christ was not at hand in their day and that they should not concern themselves with what they had heard. Apparently, there were some false teachers who had convinced the Thessalonians that the Day of Christ was at hand in their time. Sound familiar?

Paul then goes on in verse 3 to assure them that the Day of Christ will not arrive until the one major sign precedes it, and that is “the great falling away.” The word “falling away” is the word “apostasy.” The word “apostasy” means a departure or abandonment of what one has learned. In this case it would be the orthodox teachings of Scripture.

Today there is another false teaching going around regarding this particular verse. Again, it's applied to the Pre-Trib Rapture. The false teaching states that “the great falling away” IS the Pre-Trib Rapture. As far as I can tell, this is a new teaching. I don't know how long it's been around, but I just recently heard about it within the past few months. This is how badly Satan wants us to believe in this false doctrine.

I believe the confusion here, from what I read anyway, is somebody is using a bible other then the King James Version, and the wording is different. It doesn't say “the great falling away" like the King James does. It states a different phrase, which I can't remember the exact phrase at this point, but the phrase that this bible uses means a departure, not apostate. So the pre-tribbers take it to mean the rapture. This is why I only use the King James Version. When we use more then one Bible, it only creates confusion. I will be writing on this subject soon too.

What else does the Bible say about the
Apostasy
in these last days?

Luke 12:45-47 (KJV)
45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

Matt 24:10 (KJV)
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

1 Tim 4:1 (KJV)
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2  Peter 3:3 (KJV)
3  Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

2 Tim 4:3-5 (KJV)
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

These verses are all talking about an apostate church in the end days. These verses should shake you up as they did me. I do not want to be a part of this at all. And this is what I meant when I said this is a salvation issue. Take a look at Luke 12:45-47 above. These verses are saying that people who are looking for the Lord's coming, and He's not coming fast enough for them, they will end up with the unbeliever's. And we all know where that is. This is why I say this is a salvation issue. If you believe the Pre-trib, or Mid-trib rapture doctrine, and it doesn't happen, and you see Christians are getting beat down, and even killed, that would make some lose their faith, I would think. They would lose faith in their church, they will lose faith in God, they'll lose all faith, period. That is why this doctrine is so dangerous. Let's continue.

Besides “the great falling away”, or apostasy, verse 3 states Christ will not return until "that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition". The Anti-Christ must be revealed first, according to scripture. That hasn't happened yet. So, because of these two things so far, we know that Jesus will not be returning right now.

Back to 2 Thessalonians 2

Next, verse in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-10 says:
6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Many believe this is the Holy Spirit. But that is impossible. As we go through scripture, you will see why. Let's take a look at Matthew 10:16-23
16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;
18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.
21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

Not only did Jesus warn the saints of His day, but He gave the time setting as till the Son of man be come!!! That means today! When the New World Order of Revelation 13 closes in, they will seek to wipe out the name of Jesus from the face of the earth. That means, anyone who professes Jesus as the Savior of the world, will be their target for execution . . . extermination!!!

He said physical relatives would turn us over to the authorities for death. They will turn us in to save their own lives.

There are other scriptures that indicate that fellow church members or those who have become bitter against other church members will turn them in. A root of bitterness can cause a person's life to become radically different than it once was. God the Father and Jesus will chastise every one they love (Hebrews 12:4-13). But, what if a person who is chastened of the Lord refuses to be corrected? They will develop a root of bitterness against God and their once fellow brethren. The servant in the above scripture, Luke 12:45-47, sure seems like he obtained a root of bitterness. Wouldn't you say?

2 Peter 3:3-4 (KJV)
3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

Again, we see here that believers are waiting for Yeshua's (Jesus') coming . . . a rapture (a pre-tribulation rapture, no doubt). It isn't coming, and they get bitter, and become scoffers.

Let's see what Yeshua (Jesus) himself said about the rapture. He would speak to the people in parables. Here are two of them.

Matthew 13:24-30 (KJV)
24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

The man who sowed good seed in the field is Yeshua. The enemy is Satan who sowed tares among the wheat. The believer's are the wheat, the tares are non-believer's. The servants of the householder are angels (good angels). Look what Yeshua tells the angels about the harvest in verse 30, Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. The believer's will be raptured at the same time the non-believer's. And look closely, the tares will be taken FIRST.

Here is how Jesus explains the parables above:

Matthew 13:36-43 (KJV)
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Now, some may tell you that the one's that Yeshua is mentioning in these parables are the one's that are saved after the rapture. Well, how can that be when they say that the Holy Spirit is taken out of the world in 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7. Remember?
6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

The doctrine makes absolutely no sense. Like I said, they jump from one verse to another in order to make a doctrine to their liking. This obviously comes from Satan. But, most don't realize it. I hope you are starting to get it.

Again, In Matthew 24, Yeshua is explaining to the Apostles what happens at the end of the age. Nowhere does he mention a secret rapture. Now that two parables, and now this straight forward information that it's not mentioned by Yeshua himself. Don't you think he would give us a little hint maybe, if it were true? And his very first warning is to take heed, that no man deceive us.

Matthew 24
 1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
 9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Let's see what the Bible ACTUALLY says about the saints in the end time. These verses aren't meant to scare you. Remember, Yeshua is with us. He will protect us. And, yes, some of us may have to die. But, after what he did for you and me up on that cross, I'm ready to die for him. However, the Bible talks about a remnant that will be sealed and brought to a safe place. The 144,000. Although, I don't know who they will be. Might you be one of them? That's a possibility. But in order for that to happen, we MUST be doing what he asks.

Daniel 7:21-22 (KJV)
 21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;
 22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

Daniel 7:25 (KJV)
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Daniel 11:32-35 (KJV)
32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.
34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen (helped) with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries.
35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

Joel 3:15-16 (KJV)
15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

Luke 11:49 (KJV)
49 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

Luke 12:11 (KJV)
11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.

2 Peter 3:10 (KJV)
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

2 Timothy 3:12 (KJV)
12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

Revelation 1:7 (KJV)
7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Revelation 2:10 (KJV)
10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Revelation 2:17 (KJV)
17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Revelation 2:25-28 (KJV)
25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
28 And I will give him the morning star.

Revelation 3:3 (KJV)
3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Revelation 3:4-5 (KJV)
4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Revelation 3:12 (KJV)
12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Revelation 11:7 (KJV)
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Revelation 13:7 (KJV)
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Revelation 16:15 (KJV)
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Friends, all the Apostles, with the exception of John, died horrible, tragic deaths, even to being sawed in half, for their faith in Yeshua. What makes us think we are so special that He will take us out of the way when Tribulation comes? There have been hundreds of thousands of martys for Yeshua. Today there is a great exodus out of Egypt because of the persecution. Since the Arab Spring uprisings, there have been quite a number of Christians murdered. Do you think America is immune? Especially considering her great sins!

Remember, Yeshua is going to save a remnant. We need not be afraid. Even if we aren't saved, and must be put to death for our faith, remember Revelation 12:11 - And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Even in death, we will overcome.

If you still disagree, please e-mail me and tell me why. But, I don't want your version. I want scripture that PROVES the pre-tribulation rapture.
